How do I book?
Call (801) 837-3975. We'll answer your questions, give you a quote, and set an appointment time.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Many homeowners clean ducts every few years, or sooner after renovation, a move-in, pest problems, or visible dust and debris at the vents. We can inspect and tell you whether cleaning is actually needed.
How long does air duct cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the home and the number of vents. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
What are signs my dryer vent is clogged?
Clothes take more than one cycle to dry, the dryer or laundry room gets very hot, you smell burning, or there's lint around the exterior vent flap.
Do you install new dryer vents?
Yes. We do dryer vent installation as well as cleaning.
When is the best time to clean my furnace?
Early fall, before you depend on heat every day, is a good time. Scheduling it with a duct cleaning means the whole system gets cleaned at once.
Do UV lights need maintenance?
Yes. UV bulbs lose strength over time and need periodic replacement. We can schedule bulb replacement for you. [OWNER TO PROVIDE: recommended replacement interval]
Why is my bathroom fan not clearing steam?
Common causes are a dusty fan grille and motor, a blocked or disconnected duct, or a worn-out motor. A cleaning or a replacement usually fixes it.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. Call us to talk through your properties, unit count and schedule.
